It is critical that you let them heal. Pain should always be your key to cut back in any impact type training as you get closer to resuming training. Let them heal, so no impact at all for several weeks. If I were you, I'd change the next block of training to a swim focussed block with no running and slowly adding in the bike when you are able. I was able to run easy pace after 6 weeks-on grass first, then the TM (cushioned deck), then very short runs outside...I also added in walking/slow jogs on my TM with a lot of incline to add intensity.
