TriAya - 2012-10-12 12:02 PM Anyone have any ideas on how to roofie my dog with over-the-counter stuff? We've given her the same amount of Benadryl as would put down a 180 lb. man and she doesn't miss a beat. Any more and I'm afraid she'll just keel over dead.

Dramamine?

Mental note: stay away from Lisa, she seems to have a extensive and worrisome knowledge of what drugs to use to knock people and animals off...

I kinda wondered what happened to all those guys she used to date ...

I've got some doggie opiate derivitaves in my cabinet, but I doubt there is a legal way for me to send them to you

hehee well my parent's dog gets car sick so they give him Dramamine sometimes when they run out of the doggie-specific medicine. I tried giving it to my dog last Christmas (way too much stimulus with tons of food and kids running around) and it didn't phase him one bit! But it knocks out the other dog.

It's not me. It's the dog. He has hip dysplasia. Vet gave them to me in case he seems like he's in serious pain. So far, only used them once.

It's probably best it's you and not Cord. He totally would've taken advantage of a roofied dog.

I figured Cord would roofie himself and let the dog take advantage of him.  Or, as he calls it, "Tuesday night."

A friend of ours was watching our Pug. While they were out she managed to pull the chair out and use it to get on their dining room table and proceeded to eat 2 pot brownies and stash a 3rd in the couch for later.

They seem to have a very similar effect as the Dramamine.

Okay TAN... I need you all to keep your fingers crossed for us - but just for 24 hours or so.

Serendipitously a call was received today from a friend who might* be able to loan us the moolah we need for the immigration lawyer.  This would be the best news we've received if this comes through!

Bah, deflated...

I was on a serious roll with work and had to stop to go to a meeting.  Drive there, to find out it was canceled.  Now I get back, and I'm not mentally into it to get back at it.  If I had the meeting, I would have stayed in the flow, but nope.

Hard to describe.
