I'm 3 for 3 as well.  I'm kind of getting bored though.  I need to Google some interesting stretches.  Tomorrow and Tuesday are my yoga days, those are my favorite days of the week.

I hear you on the boredom!  Which is why ideally I'd like to do it while watching TV or something! Tonight I had to force myself, but I played around for 15 minutes with the foam roller... glutes, quads, hamstrings, adductors... and a little bit of IT band (that's really the only one that hurts me.)  Hopefully I'll finish off tonight with at least one set of one minute holds in a few different positions.

btw, the 15 minutes a day doesn't have to be a straight 15 minutes in one go!  It can be 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there to add up to 15!  Hey, if you can even spare one minute 15 times throughout the day, you'll meet the 15 minute daily goal too Smile

I've been doing a mix of yoga, stretches and foam rolling.  Depends on what workout I did.  I do think I am already seeing some results in my hams and in twisting the trunk.  Yeah!

I got 2 stretching sessions in yesterday, each one at least 20 minutes..yeah.  Also, I have a boring desk job so I can stretch while sitting.  Shoot I may get a couple of hours a day in stretching while working...

That's great- you know that breaking up that sitting results in more calories burned throughout the day.  Good for you- way to be creative!

I'm 3 for 5 (I forgot to stretch the first two days of the month... oops).  I have been mainly focussing on my hamstrings and hips with this (they are in desperate need of stretching.  Knowing I agreed to this challenge is helping me make sure I get this done each day, for sure!

I haven't been to the pool in awhile, but I'm trying to get myself there, not only for swimming but also so I can do the hot tub and/or sauna afterwards for some quality stretching!  That is my motivation!  This weekend my goal will be to get there!

ADORABLE!! 

Dipped my toe in the shallow end and did Yoga for kids with my daughter yesterday.  First time I've tried any sort of yoga and boy do I have a looooong way to go.  Have been keeping up with the challenge, 10 for 10 now.  Seeing some gradual improvements and no longer depise the word "stretch".

I've been keeping up the past few days.  Combo of PT, massage, stretching, and a little bit of foam rolling.  Yesterday basically any time I found myself sitting around, I'd get on the ground and stretch out instead of just straight up sitting!
