(I guess this doesn't count our fellow humans as animals.) Thimpu, Bhutan is supposedly the only capital city in the world without a traffic light. I would bet it DOES include humans. Malaria is transmitted by mosquitoes and has killed lots and lots of people, and I imagine it still does in the developing world. |
