1min alternating high-low with 8 pelvic squeezes.  I had to pause 3 times, but better than last time I tried it.

4 minutes total tonight in 1 minute intervals. Apparently it's also a rule that no matter where the kitten is in the house, as soon as you start planking she needs to come over and lay down right underneath you.

With 2 kids, 4 dogs and a cat...ALL animals (and sometimes children) are locked away during this time.
