I will certainly enjoy the company when November comes.

Good luck in your upcoming race!

Awwyeah! Successful test week with new PRs on both my 20' and 5' interval tests. Had a slight right side cramp during the 20' and tiny dizzy spell after the 5'. That just tells me I gave it all I've got and I'm getting close to the goal! I may hit 4.0 next test but also still have time to do 1 more test after that before year's end to be sure.

Watts per kg now at 3.90 watts/kg.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I finally achieved this long time coming goal that I've heard about in BT many years ago but was unable to focus on it because of other more important training goals last decade. It took me 3 years and I've learned alot about what it takes to get to this point. Just in time too because my right knee started feeling some soreness during my long rides which, based on some research, might be due to some muscular imbalance. I think I can be remedy this at home.

The 20' test this time around though was super nasty. I almost gave up on it. The 5' test to smooth out the curve was not as nasty but nasty enough to wanna stop after it was done, hehe.

I'm a 4.0watts/kg cyclist now, woohoo!!! I may push for a bit more before the year's end but I may wanna fix my right knee soreness first if it doesn't get better the next couple weeks.

Thank you Michael! I'm entering my offseason now with some FTP maintenance but nothing too structured for about 1.5 to 2 months. I'm definitely feeling the need to recover from this 32 weeks of suffering, hehe. Pretty sure I'll lose some fitness but I won't mind going through it all again after a reset.

I hope you're game plan to end the year strong is going well.
