I am soooo bummed! I am nursing plantar fasciitis at this time and am not running (barely walking) due to pain!! I am looking at an interesting sounding treatment with a chiropractor this week. I is called ART and I think many of you may already know about it.

 If there is the success he says he has with this technique and pf, I will join the challenge at a later date. In the meantime -- I spend a lot of time bike/spinning and swimming and a little time with weights and yoga.

Have fun you guys -- hope to join you soon.

I'm in.  I'll need to look at my training plan and see what is feasible.  I need to get my butt back in the pool so this will work well.

Yeah, I know but I'm a glutton for training. Actually it is just that I'm kindof slow so I have to go for a long time to get the miles and I'm in the 2nd Week of the Competive phase now for my DATT race the end of May and I'd rather it not kick my butt "again" this year. Have a good one everyone.

OK...sticking fairly close to prescribed sprint plan (don't want to ruin my first tri), but if I hit numbers below it'll be a good overall effort:

Swim = 7 hrs

Bike = 13 hrs

Run = 6 hrs

Too late to get in on this?

Training derailed in February and this will be terrific motivation. Still a beginner with family vacation at the end of the month --

Swim: 7 hours

Bike:  10 hours

Run: 5 hours

Thanks!
