Ladies, thank you.  You all have earned the bods you've got and should be proud to show them off!  (Even if it meant that you had to barely lose a challenge to a bunch of oogling guys to do it).

I don't think you have anything to complain about and Congratulations on the digital camera purchase.

Thanks and you are looking good too. What we can see   That is what Tri and good eating and a supportive Hubby can do for ya'. From 269lbs to 165lbs in 4yrs.  And I love the camera. I can see what I take and delete what I don't want. Welcome to the digital age.  And even thought we didn't win the Challenge we all won in the real life challenge.

      Thanks again for last months challenge. It was fun and definitevely a great booster on the mileage. I would like to complement everyone on a well done job for the month and good luck on all your races. You all did very well. Please give yourselves a pat on the back.

     Guy's, thanks for really pushing in your finish goals, that really saved our assatars from being displayed.

     Lady's, great job on your all mileage; you all won in a perspective of getting fitter.  And by the way, you all look great from all those pictures. I see some still need to update their avatar's, but we have patience. Again, congratulations on a job well done, I really enjoyed this challenge. Will do it again next year on the same month as the 3rd annual swim/run challenge.

     Donto, my compadre, thanks for keeping the spread sheet, couldn't of done the challenge without your assistance.

I have had success by clicking the refresh page button, that will go out and grab the latest images that are loaded for these lovely ladies.  If that does not work, you could go into your internet temp files and delete all or most of the GIF and "picture" files.  That will force the copmuter to grab the new images.

And I must say, that several all of these images made the sweat from running, and effort of swimming those yards all worth while.

Good for you!  I have the opposite problem -- I hate how I look in my bathing suit -- and there have been some horrendous photos taken of me in my trisuit; some kind of blob person has taken my place -- so we went with the humor shot that made me look the least fat.

I think most girls will choose to show a little peek of breastiges vs a photo that makes them look fat.  At least that's what I chose anyway...

Well I think you look great in your photo. No honestly, I do. I had taken some close up shots and nearly puked myself but when I stood out a bit I was actually looking slimmer.  I didn't do my upper half as I have horrible, horrible man arms.  

First, the ladies look awesome. It's just as well we lost. Way to go for showing off those great bods!

Frankly, I want to shoot myself. And actually, I'm with cmbcwb3--although I think I'd rather post a pic of myself completely nekked. They look better. What is WRONG with Speedo, is there a conspiracy going on???
