Susan has the highest percent loss (health gain) so far followed closely by Emma, Debbie, and Bill.  Way to go!  I am the only one still with a gain (loss in fitness) but that will turn around quickly!  This is great...we are meeting our goals to not gain during the holidays!

133.5 today-WooHoo!  I might be a little dry from yesterday's run but I will  take it.  Now to not blow it with 3 holiday get togethers this weekend.  Only one is a big party with lots of goodies but I'm hoping to run 6 before I go!

TGIF everyone!

I did it!  I reached my goal of 120!  And my chart is showing an error  I was hoping for fanfare!

I know losing 4.4 was modest compared to all of you but my body just needs to do it slowly so for once I considered a realistic goal. Now to maintain, maintain, maintain...because actually my full and complete goal was to be at this weight for 5 consecutive days.

Does the weight loss "count" if one pound is donating a pint of blood Undecided

Either way, I saw 201 even on the scale today

Yeah, but you'll regain it by the end of the month. Laughing

Hope to see you <200 by the end of the month!

So it looks like this will be a weight maintenance challenge for me, but I am thankful for that! In January I will be refocusing my efforts to improve my dietary habits further to stimulate some health gain.

Dangerous time of year to make weigh in visits... you might leave with a hand (or tummy) full of Christmas treats.

Good news on the scale again today!  I'm hoping this is the beginning of a downward trend.  Finally...

This is party/work mixer week for me.  Yesterday, afternoon holiday lunch, last night was a holiday mixer, tonight is another mixer, tomorrow is company party and Saturday night...yet 1 more business mixer!  Booze and evil treats are everywhere!

I'm moving in the right direction but I don't know if I would really call it progress since my current weight is still more than where I started. At this point if I finish less than where I started I will be happy.
