After the initial tests, I'm able to start all 3 in the 3rd week, so did Week 3, Day 1 in the 3rd column for push ups and sit ups. I'm doing the first day of squats tonight.
Seems like a very good progression, although I have to admit it seems like a stretch after the 6th week to jump up to 100 for the final test. I might end up adding in a couple more weeks and continue to build up. We'll see a month from now! Just re-re-restarted the program too. And throwing in the situp and squat challenge also. I'm not doing the tests, just the program. Going to do the 2nd column then the 2rd column of each week and stretch it out to a 12 week program for my winter strength training. |
