I've seen that on a lot of resumes, and have even included it on my own from time to time.  It's a personality thing... i.e.  will this person fit into the group we're hiring them into?

I understand the need to match personalities, but that's why you do panel interviews, meal interviews, cross-functional, etc.  How does knowing he plays softball help me know ANYTHING about his personality?

The fact that he drag races tells me something about his personality. People who race cars are just dbags!

I wonder if they would like mine.

Hobbies include but not limited to:
Booty
TAN
Drinking
Your mom.

Happy Monday.

Pulled off my first sprint triathlon on Sunday with very little training and over a year off of triathlons. Knee held up pretty well. But it was an ugly swim.

I would never hire any of you weirdos based on what I know.

Hell I would never hire me based on what I know about me.. haha

Just polished off a pastrami panini and feeling good.

So, ever wish you had enough money that you could just blow it occasionally on frivolous stuff?

I seriously went through an weekend long internal struggle this weekend about making a big purchase or not.  I had my cursor hovering over "pay now" on the shopping cart for 48 hours.  I had a double Makers Mark and it was all I could do not to click the button (my CC# was already loaded).

In the end?  I think I made the right choice and I'm happy today.  BUT, back to my point, I wish I had enough money I could just drop 2-3k on something for the heck of it.  That's just out side my limit of reason.

Morning TAN!

Ran the hilliest 13.1, ever, yesterday, and came within a couple of minutes of even setting a PR.  My buttocks hurt, but not in a prison way, so that's good.  The finisher medal dwarfs any other medal that I've ever seen and has the words "Hill, Yeah!" plasma cut into it (the thing is made from like 1/4" plate steel).

I'm sleepy and want to nap.. coffee is not working today.

Oh this is me from my first sprint in forever. With little training.

I can't seem to stay awake. I drink 2 coffees a day. Today I have had 4 and I can't stop eating.

Maybe from all the lake water I puked up yesterday. And I did manage a PR on this course even with the time off.

Everything hurts like I got beat up in a prison. Thankfully not my bum.

I wish I had the money to come down and take that Katana off your hands and drive it home.

Alas. I am in the market for a baby stroller instead.

But I did pull the trigger on a sweet double breast pump. Which I can't wait to use.. I mean help use. I mean.. oh damn I am never going to get to touch those again.

It's still here, waiting.  I should really look at selling it.  At this point, I would almost give it away.  It's more of a eye sore and constant reminder I'm not riding.  Plus insurance (which is minimal).

Hi TAN. What is shakin.....what did I miss.

Back at work today after a week stay-home-do-nothing-week with kids.

Now that the kids are getting older, I could totally be an at home Mom :-)

I'm the opposite. I never wish I had enough money to buy things that I wanted.

Slow day in TAN. Glad you had a good week at home. I just came back into TAN today myself. Busy few weeks and now trying to establish a schedule/routine again.

Technology never ceases to amaze me. There is an app that allows you to see paint color on the wall before you buy it. Still doesn't make picking paint color any easier, but way cool....maybe I should just leave the two rooms primer white

I'm married. I'll have to scrape the mold off of it when and if I want to take one.
