great to see you two together. But which one is which. You never said you were identical twins.   Go hard out there and enjoy as much as possible while out there. I have to pick up your tracking after 5:00PM as I am taking another course this weekend to make me an even better personal trainer. Don't you hate when I get all humble

And tony is 2 feet taller than me!

And he really is not that Tall!!  John must have looked like a giant with your group!

Yeah John and Trevor were trying to equal out the height in the group, though standing next to Suzy I do look tall.  BTW goatee much better now than in that picture.

bfwhitt - 2011-09-09 7:51 AM High Heel Flippers

I was thinking about wearing these for my leg workout in the pool tonight, that way I won't have to change my shoes afterward for my night on the town. Anybody own a pair of these? Great for around the pool in the summer...very classy.

I think they would go very well with your skirt???

Oh good lord, I don't know which picture is more disturbing?  I know I've been slacking, but don't you two have something better to do??  Maybe train or race . . . or something . . . . ANYTHING but post pics like this!

Holy h*!! I hate hills!  I finished my first triathlon this morning.  It ended up being more of a swim-bike-walk, but I finished and I wasn't last.  I have got to get off the flat SCT to run and bike some hills over the winter.  I was so tried when I finished I didn't even look at the clock, so I have no idea how I did time-wise.  But WTH, it's a PR anyway.

David,

You did awesome.  You are a triathlete!  It doesn't matter "how" you get to the finish line as long as you cross it!  Soon, you will be loving the hills :-)  Now sit back and enjoy the rest of your day.

OK I am back and being an anti-George here in my RR. While thingsa did not go as well as I had hoped I still beat last years time by 12:17! Guess which event was my worst? BTW 5 of the 19 men in my AG were in the top 20! Damn those fast old men!

Looking forward to following the Twins tomorrow!
