I plan on another 2K or so tomorrow morning and then Saturday as well. That's my plan :-) Great job. I challenge you to 3500 on your next workout. Keep it coming, and great job. I will gladly accept this challenge, but it can't be in tomorrow's workout. I simply won't have the time, unless I split it up in the day. What are the rules to this mini-challenge ;-) he he I can certain do this Saturday or Monday :-) If these terms aren't accepted, I will simply do it anyway ;-) he he Their aren't any rules. Just do a regular swim tomorow, and use this weekend for that distance challenge workout. Doing great, and keep it up. What I see, is that if we reach the 120% goal mark, just keep it coming for our own long distance goal for the month, and slightly increase your original distance to a higher value. Always push ourselves. Great job, and happy swimming. |

I was feeling tired and could have used one of those days off from work, BUT I couldn't.....Thursday is a SWIM DAY! So, my swimming is helping my work and work is helping my swimming...and such a vicious circle! Keep it up guys! Peggy |

I'll be away from the pool the next 2 days, but will have plenty of time to finish off the last 8500 yards and probably a little more. Nice job. Challenge you for 4000 on your next workout. let's all shout for 110% You're on! But, how about 7,200 total over Sat & Sunday? My weekend schedule is kind of in flux at the moment... |

Expert 1202 Montana | Subject: RE: Team Swimming Rocks Well, the kids talked me into skiing tomorrow, though the snow has diminished in quality tremendously in just one week. Therefore, I'm going to skip my Friday swim. I'll get my new 10% on Wed next week. Not to worry. Here is a link to my skiing photos: Maverick Magic Edited by Shoeless 2008-02-21 3:08 PM |

I'll take 7,500 for this weekend. Thanks for stepping up, and also to help the team. You have a great weekend, and good luck. I would love for all of us to be able to reach 120% for this month if possible, only in case if D001 steps to the 120%. But 110% will do. Great job so far, and keep it going. Isn't swimming an awesome sport. It really helps the cardio base for both running and biking if you havn't noticed it. Happy training. |

Keep it going, and doing good. I challenge you for 120% this month. I know you can do it. Go Team Swimming Rock!!! |

It really helps the cardio base for both running and biking if you havn't noticed it. Happy training. Well, honestly I used to loathe swimming laps! And perversely that's kind of why I started doing triathlons - because it the swimming would be really be a struggle for me. Now I'm thankful that my dislike has faded and my form is better, because swimming is the only exercise my ortho has allowed since mid-October. I've recently started some cycling on my trainer, but it's such a minimal amount that it doesn't really count as exercise. |

Congratulation on that continuous swim you did. Awesome job, and keep it steady. One day, you will be goin 4000 straight, and that would allow you to perform an Ironman distance swim Keep at it, and let's got for 120% for the team. GO GO GO GO |

My next swim in Saturday night...Going for 2500 for sure...and over! I have got to get some runs in too....I have a 15km race in two weeks. I've really been concentrating on my breathing while swimming, so it should spill over to my running. Keep on swimming! Later Peggy |
