Everyone out there is looking good. I got my peach today by going to the gym for weight training=60 min. then a nice evening run=30 min. I can't believe we are able to run in our shorts and T-shirt here in SE MI on Nov 13, amazing. I think it is going to snow this weekend.

Easy Peach this morning...got up and did a light run. It was drizzling out when I left but very muggy and humid. About 10 mins into my run it started to down pour! I loved it...it's fun to run in the rain once in awhile.

What's everyone go on tap for the weekend? I've got a short run tomorrow and then 10 miles on Sunday.

TGIF!!

Just finished my run for this morning, weather was nice, I would say 5C or so.

As for the weekend I guess run to the pool and then a ride tomorrow (hopefully outside) and run sunday.

Have a great day.

Feeling out of sorts but got my peach for the day anyway. I'm sooooo dreading my next race. I'm not ready. Tried to get ready too fast and now I'm paying for it. Ugh!

If it weren't for the Peachy challenge, I would have stayed in and sulked this morning. Instead I went for a refreshing walk in the rain. Smile

I am still peachy - I did the 30 min abs class and 60 min step aerobics on wed, the calves and abs was sore so I attempted and made it through (barely) a 1 mile run and 30 min bike last night.

I woke up this morning and the abs are sorer but manageable, however, the calves were so sore I could barely walk this morning. Stairs are not my friend. Trying for some stretching and something light (walk or bike) tonight.

Go Peach.

Peach me - For Thursday master's swim and a 7 mile track workout (that was supposed to be about 3 1/2 and I miscaculated!)

Today is my off day from training so not sure what I'll do yet.  Most likely a dog walk and the foam roller.

On tap for the weekend is a bike ride on Saturday and run on Sunday.

Have a peachy weekend!

25 min. of yoga today. A little sore from all those squats I did yesterday.

I get to pick up my bike tomorrow, and take it out for a spin. Yeah! Laughing

If I start getting my school work done before the morning it is due, I plan on swinging by a pool for a 6am swim before my 7am class.  Lately I have been up every morning at 4am to get my papers done-and still end up late to class.  My pre-thanksgiving resolution: get assignments done the day before they are due and go swimming 3 mornings a week.
