I am in Canada NCAA means nothing I am also in management I get today off only.

Oh I am not shunning getting this done. She did all the hard work.

It just hurt more then people told me because they didn't wait for the freezing to hit.

I felt him cut me open.. by the time he got to the second side it wasn't so bad.

Weekend- I am walking maybe even skipping on air again after a bit of a health concern the last few weeks. Now that things are back in line I have a possible date night tonight with wife (mine), followed by a full day of baseball tomorrow. Its opening day. 14 teams this year from tee ball all the way up through kid pitch. Will be lovely to get back on the bike and probably go for a run on Sunday to top it all off. Weather looking like sunny and close to 20 degrees (thats about 70 F for you celcius illiterates). Daughter report- The younger one is in London at a basketball tournament. They've gone 3-0 so far and have made the next round. Spoke with her last night. She has a possible broken finger but its on her non shooting hand so she's good to go. She thinks they can win it all. Life is good.

Watched an all-out twitter war go down between a few former teammates regarding one's involvement with one of those stupid multi level marketing "health" supplement companies.

Yes I did. I am divorced she is working on hers. She will get a ring in the future don't worry. She is the long term one. We have a beautiful 5 month old baby and I am happy with that. I have two step kids and happy with them too.

I am 40 in April I am done making babies.. with one.. one is enough for me.

Her divorce is a bit more um technical then mine she has been fighting away for a few years with someone that just fights to make her life miserable just to be a jerk.

once that is done I have the ring picked out shhhhh she doesn't know that.

I have a girlfriend, A lover, at team mate. Someone who appreciates me and is awesome to hang around with. Had I only had this much wisdom when I got married the first time to pick someone that liked me and wanted me and had similar likes.

plus dude I am going to be 60 with a 20 year old. And she got her tubes tied last week. Our daughter was an amazing surprise but we don't need any more surprises.

I doubt that. I highly doubt that. We lead a very um active life.

and have for almost 2 solid years now. I have to fend her off some days.

We have a very open honest relationship and talk about everything and anything. No beating around the bush. We have a had some very hard conversations and talk about EVERY thing no matter how hard.

Matured and found out it is better to just speak of everything then it is to assume.. I have someone that puts a phone down or computer down at night and talks to me. I mean who knows in 10 years we may hate each other.

I swore I would never get married again. This time I feel like I want to marry someone because I love her and she is awesome rather then I should get married because we have dated for so long and well its not getting better but maybe if we are married its the next right step to do.

In other news I ordered a FELT B14 yesterday. Should be in next week sometime.

YAY ME and I moved up to big boy wheels 700C

the 51cm fit me much better in the reach area. After not doing much last year and being up 25 lbs this darn cold stinking winter. I am ready to get back at this. I want to lose weight this year. And pick a Half Ironman for next year. Steelhead, Kansas, or REV3 Cedar Point. I think

your girlfriend carried for 9 months and delivered a BABY.  you will lose that argument every time.

Yeah, but that ends with something good.  Ends justify the means and all that.

i think it can be argued that a vasectomy also has a positive result - pregnancy free unprotected sex for life sounds good to me!

All I am saying is that I would not do it for a girlfriend, I would need some committment like marriage to even consider it.
