Elite ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() John: Sorry about the theft. I would send mesages to the phone saying that you are "with the FBI and are trcking the phone by its GPS, agents will be there shortly!" I just went to the massage therapist. She works voodoo! She transferred my achillies pain to my out calf! She uses heated bamboo. It is intense. She made me ralize that my compensating for the achillies caused problems in my calf and tightness in my lower back. It also was causing this weird cramping in my feet! As she worked on my leg I actually got the cramping in my foot. I never associated the two things with each other. BTW: I would say that the deer is a new hood ornament and ask for a refund for bring the car back better than when you go it! |

BLASPHEMER!! Seriously, moderation is the key. I love beer as much as the next guy (as long as that next guy isn't John), but I don't go overboard - too often. |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Since I nearly killed the MG with turnip talk, I thought I'd try to redeem myself here... Been working on desserts for a BBQ here tonight, and one of them is THE BOMB. Ready for it?? Peach Buttermilk Ice Cream Here's the recipe: http://www.foodfixe.com/foodfixe/peach-buttermilk-ice-cream.html Said blog is written by a former colleague of mine (I've even guest-penned one or two entries!). I'd been curious to try this recipe for awhile and figured a summer BBQ was the perfect time. I haven't had the ice cream since I've let it sit in the freezer, but let's just say the pre-chilled and immediately-churned versions were heavenly. Sooooo f'ing good. And after a few too many samples to make sure it was churned to perfection, I must go run 4 miles. Happy Friday, folks, and GO GET 'EM RACERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Maybe it's cuz I like to choose my calories wisely. But I'm going to be the voice of dissention here and go against the men who are telling you to have your beers. The truth is, alcohol DOES contain a ton of empty calories. Quite frankly, it's one of the main reasons I don't drink more often (that, and as I get older it disrupts my sleep)... it's just not worth it to me. I'd much rather have my little bowl of ice cream than a beer or two!! So I say, "Good for you, Mett." |

Dino Tonight we are in Schaumburg, IL, (probably closer than 45 minutes without traffic) then heading up 90 to MSP area then up to my dads house which is about 90 minutes from there. Where exactly are you in Wisconson? Maybe we could meet for lunch tomorrow, we had talked to Suzy but she's not in town this weekend. |

Right off the 94 bypass / Hwy 45 west of Milwaukee. If you take 90, you will be going up through Madison, not Milwaukee. Sandstone, MN...that is way up north. How long of drive is that, like 8 hours? Too bad we didn't touch base earlier, I wouldn't want to add an hour or so onto your trip just for lunch tommorow. Have a safe trip, good run, etc. Next time you are in the area (maybe when you go home, let me know and maybe we can get together) If you have little girls, the American Girl store on Michigan Ave is worth the trip, but watch your wallet while you are there....lots of $$$$$$. Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Hiya gang. I have pretty much decided to change my life career and get out of the financial industry. I am seriously looking at personal training and nutrition as sports and physical fitness have always been so much a part of my life. I need your assistance a bit. I want to approach the marketing with a different slant and would love to get your opinions on different approaches. My target market will be the 40 to 60+ range. This requires different training strategies. It could be for people not now in shape, those looking to improve their over all fitness or even people who just want to change their lifestyle. I want something unique. I want to go outside the box with this and come up with something totally different. All ideas you have would be greatly appreciated. Don't hesitate to PM or email me. Thanks Edited by Redknight 2010-07-17 7:26 AM |
