Make sure you have your PPE and are acting safely at all times.

sooooo.....only beers at lunch, no shots?

Not at all....shots are fine. In fact, it's safer to drink while operating the machine, than it is to leave, then drink, then come back to operate the machine. Drinking while operating will allow your body/mind to adjust. If you drink then operate the machine cold, you're setting yourself up for disaster. Trust me....I'm in HR for a manufacturing company......this is legit.

Safety Third.

Beer and Pizza are #1 and #2.

Could be, since it was in "miliary" time, and not "military" time.   *stupid typo*

Damn it.  I just can't seem to stick to a diet or workout plan for more than 10-14 days.  I know I need to do SOMETHING, but have zero motivation again...

Didn't you have some luck initially with the low carb stuff?
I found with that diet it goes in spurts. I plateau'd recently and had to really buckle down with more exercise to move the scale. But... it works.

I did, but fell off the wagon.  I was running and working out for about a week straight, then miss a day, then two, then go to a couple happy hours, then it's been a week of bad diet and not working out again.  Work stress beats me up and I get home and don't want to do anything but nap or lay down.

I always allowed myself one cheat day that I could eat anything I wanted. It was never a set day, just kind of went by how I felt that morning, this way I never feel bad about missing or eating bad.

(and that is just one of the ways that I am going to slaughter Brad in 2015)

I schedule in 6 cheat days and one clean day. I go on the 10/90 rule.

VERY close to a new job!! Second interview went well today. The CEO liked me and will probably hire me. I need to go to West Lafayette next week to talk with that division, then he'll decide if I sell for them, or the Glasgow division.

So, basically: Confident that A job is mine, just which division.

Can't wait to get out of this rut!

it's a REALLY weird feeling to actually LIKE my job.  i'm not sure that this has happened since i graduated college.

random thought for the day.  rocking out to early 2000s rap while justifying spending millions of euros, it doesn't suck.
