So went to package pick-up tonight. checked in and met Lisa Bentley. What a small little girl. taller than Suzy though.
hit the expo- and guess what? The jerseys won't be in until tomorrow!
so you'll all have to wait with baited breath until i get it then.

Mett - 2010-07-30 8:01 AM Had a killer run for me yesterday, I made it for a full 5k. I did have to stop a couple times and by the end my legs were shot. It is a very hilly up and down trail that can be really tough. The first mile and a half or so I was at a 10 min mile pace. I felt good w/ no shin pain so I just went for it. I ended up slowing down but made it 3.29 miles in 47 minutes. Now I have a good baseline finally to work on improving. I made it almost 24 mins w/out stopping running at all. Tonight I am doing some interval bike training.

What is a crit?  I know it is a bike race but not sure what kind.

A criterium is a bike race held on a short course (usually less than 5 km), often run on closed-off city center streets.
