Nice run Tom! Definitely looks as though the cross training is working for you!

Laura- Nice job getting back on track. Those first few days are always really hard for me too when I have been off the wagon.

I am down a pound this week. I'll update later. I am not moving downward much but I sure am eating better (overall).

Eek, the scale says I'm back to where I started.  Luckily the fat calipers say that I replaced fat with muscle....  And, I can tell that I am in better shape at this 205 than I was in January.  I imagine that when I switch to Tri-training my muscle mass (and overall mass) will go down a bit though (unless I keep up a good upper body routine).

Congrats to everyone that lost weight and/or is sticking with exercise and diet regimens!

Rumor has it that we will all weigh more in the next few days due to the upcoming equinox. You can also balance things that ordinarily are hard to balance.... eggs on their end, brooms and such. I just balanced a dozen eggs on their end and the broom on the kitchen floor. It looked like a scene from Disney's the Sorcerers Apprentice.

Does that mean I'll be able to do exercises on the BOSU and fit ball without falling off?  Because my trainer wouldn't get NEARLY as much entertainment value out of that...

It is worth a try. Hey, Maybe I'll play on the rollers. Usually that results in lots of bruises.

I am heading to AK for work tomorrow for two weeks so I won't be able to weigh while I am gone. I am bouncing back and forth between wanting to weigh tomorrow (regular day is Mon Weigh Day) or not before I go.

Otherwise I will be back on the weigh in game the week of the 26th.

This was my birthday gift from my husband.  I am thinking of using it as the basis for my costume for my 10K in a couple of weeks.  Either a daisy or a sunflower.

I like that I'm a lot less lumpy here than in my initial pic in our first thread.  Cool

Judi, you look great and I love that color!

Down a few ounces this week. I've been staying under 140 and that's a big accomplishment for me. Haven't stayed under 140 in years!

132 today and I decided I really need to get back on track with my Abs Project.  Basically it means doing core work 5 days a week.  I really need to get my tri training on track as well....I'm kinda all over the place, which is not good for Ironman training.

I'm still alive and exercising.  Just getting into my field work early this year and not having a bunch of extra time to enter things in.  It is nice to take a quick look to catch up with you all.  Blanda.... I think "fierce" encapsulates your picture well.  Abbie, welcome back!  Ronnie - good luck on the cleanse!  Judi - sweet shirt and congrats on your consistent weigh movement!  And congrats to everyone else that is sticking to keeping yourself healthy!

Aw, thanks for the kind words! I just loved how my hair was done & wanted to share it before I took it all out.

Soooo, P90X is on it's way to my house. I'm looking to strengthen up and the easiest way for me to to that is have someone boss my around at home. Got some weights and somewhere around here is a pull up bar we got years ago but never installed.

I'll do a before and after thingy, since I love seeing those from others.

Hope you guys had a great weekend!

Friday's weigh in was 154, down another 1.8 lbs, but still up 1 lb since the start of the challenge. Working on changing that this week.

Looking great Judi and Abbie!

Love the hair and the new avatar, Blanda!

Way to go, Judi!  That's totally awesome.  You inspire me.

And me?  I've been actively avoiding this forum since I've been on a bender since my birthday.  But - this week is a reset week.  And it's been going well so far (with the exception of a slice of pizza last night at the Blackhawks game).  Hopefully I'll have good things to report tomorrow!
