meherczeg - 2009-09-23 8:41 AM hey jerks.  just got a health screening at work and i'm healthy.  although i was SHOCKED at my waist measurement but the lady wasn't very precise.

$250 in my pocket.  (well, in my HSA account, but you know what i mean)

Nice.  We got $120 a year knocked off our insurance if we filled out a survey online.  They wanted us get a physical and fill in our numbers, but it turns our you didn't need them to fill it out.  A half hour of work and $120 = $240/hr.  That's pretty good.

Now off to free cookies a water garden dedication... woo hoo.

Dude. Have you finished your ark yet?

The pics of ATL are amazing. They calling that rain a 500 or 1000 year flood event?

It's definitely a 100-year-plus event. Roads are BEYOND FUBAR right now. I can't really get out of the county without some SERIOUS detours and retarded traffic with I-20 shut down. Pretty much anywhere near a larger creek bed or river just got annihilated. Like srsly.

Luckily, I know enough backroads that it only took me about an extra 5-10 minutes to get to work.

I will.

As far as running smart, I figure if I can still make forward progress by the end of the last leg, I'll be doing fun.  My legs are 10.3, 3.2, and 7.0.  Should be fun.

when i first looked at that, the thing that scared me was the terrain!  but by the end of the race, you should probably be on flat sections.  lucky that you get the longest one out of the way first.
