NRG-I was referring more to checking out on the course. I assumed by looking at calf race numbers that's what they were referring to, since I usually don't see many people doing more than looking at a tri.

And I'm out of the second part, haha, no one here seems to be under the age of 30.

hmm, well I act WAY under the age of 30 (if that counts).

You need twice the money to hit on someone half your age!

I thought the rule was 1/2 your age plus 7...no??

I think the rule is, "If you have to consult a calculation, chances are that it's too young."  Laughing

I would disagree..... I've been flirting with that number for the last year and its been working great! But hey maybe i'm just lucky

Yeah but my point is that if you are comfortable, I wouldn't sweat trying to let math determine whether it works for you two or not.

Some people like to be called Big Daddy.

What does that have to do with age? ha!

Sorry late comer to this thread but I like this email...here is why. I think you need to be yourself and if you have a good sense of hunor which it sounds like you do then let it shine. Some women won't like that but hey who cares because you probably would not enjoy being with them anyway. So you obviously made mistakes on purpose to break the ice and if she doesn't find that funny then oh well....

I like this post.

But I still say don't comment about cost of the date. It's a red flag.

It wasn't a comment about the cost of the date... LOL (maybe that was the problem) - It was showing I know the difference between then and than - and it was meant to be a tad bit funny.... LOL

ummmmm.....spin instructor update please?

Good looking out man... I forgot and since know one asked.........

Anyways - I brushed my hairy teeth - took a shower before class, and picked out my coolest workout shirt, and of course put on extra deodorant.

And the class was cancelled!  She was out sick...... Now I have to go through that routine again next Monday morning, only I'll need a haircut by then.

My next Ironman triathlon (maybe an Ironman will come along sooner, I can hope) is on Dec. 9, 2012.

That's about as much triathlon dating as I can commit to this far ahead.

I agree!  More specifically, pull out the camera if the discussion goes to anything involving a Rorcshach test.  Trinnas will appreciate it.

NRG-I was referring more to checking out on the course. I assumed by looking at calf race numbers that's what they were referring to, since I usually don't see many people doing more than looking at a tri.

And I'm out of the second part, haha, no one here seems to be under the age of 30.

I just got caught up on this thread (awesome read, btw).  I'm 27, a triathlete, and a computer engineer, so being a geek as well is almost certain.  Can you handle a southern guy?

this free cupid site has brought me all freaks and creeps! The latest started with normal conversation then went into if I was married and how was my sex life during my marriage? Where did that come from? I just answered seriously??? Beside having photos another wanted me to describe myself, weight, height build etc and I said look at my photos! Then wondered my bra size so I said I dont think this is for me, cant imagine a meaningful relationship getting off to a start all based on my description of my body and bra size. Several that are early 20's Im 44 wanting to see if I want to hook up for some pizza another I have privately emailed the message I received and was affraid to respond cause I thought if I did he may ask me to marry him next. HMMMMMMM
