The black tri suit hides the guano nicely, dontchathink?

Brad, you get double bonus points for being the first (only?) person to post a butt pic.

I'm still not doing it.

And they toss it, and leave it, and I pull up quick to retrieve it...

Shake it, shake it, shake that healthy butt

Man, we should have a rule that you can only communicate in lyrics!

Bitchplease.

Girl you're lookin' like a '4 dropped low to the ground
Ooh, I like it when you shake it up and swing it around
Don't stop, ooh, you servin' it now

And you’re lookin’ right, lookin’ good, lookin’ like a woman should
So why is it so hard to find
A place to lay your pretty little head down once in a while

My daughter and I went to a CX Works 30 min class.  WOW, tough class.  Then we hit a 1 hour yoga which was a great class--I am done.

Another day was completed about 15 minutes before midnight.

"Deep in the jeans she's wearin', I'm hooked and I can't stop starin'"

I used to have a sprinter's butt, but then I stopped playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and moved to endurance sports.

Butt gone.

16/17, I missed Tuesday. I'll make it up, but I don't have the heart to log it. And today I'd like to share a little something different, since it is cooler than the other side of the pillow:

"I started throwin' bass, she started throwin' back mid-range
But when I sprung the question, she acted kind of strange
Then when I asked, "Do ya have a man," she tried to pretend
She said, "No I don't, I only have a friend"

I love this group, btw.  Very fun group of people.

Me too....as the 100 days draws near I say we brainstorm on what the next challenge for this group will be.  Then we can continue to motivate each other!  Let's see...100 days of butts?  100 days of shoulders?

Agreed.  Great idea Noelle.

Butts.  I vote for butts.

If I do 100 days of shoulders it won't be pretty.

No one wants to see that pic. NO ONE!!!!! It is scary enough that I am a MAMIL, but at least stuff is covered. My butt on it's own has few redeeming qualities!

JFTR, it warms my cold stone of a heart to have people communicating in song lyrics in this thread. I love all music (except opera). I would looove to be able to cash in some of my lyric memory chips for something more useful, but, alas, it doesn't seem to work that way. So bring it. And then GO DO YOUR 10 MINUTES! :)

The funny part is that I am no big fan of rap, I'm pretty much a country guy. But as a musician, and I use that term loosely, I do appreciate as much music as possible. And some of it really fits me, since I am always ready to smile. Variety is the spice of life.

An easier answer is who I don't like, I don't like the Band Perry. I like new stuff like Kasey Musgrove, Brantley Gilbert, Josh Thompson. I like old stuff like George (Jones or Strait), saw Garth live in the 90's.  I enjoy Paisley, Hank Jr., most of the popular stuff. Odd, I am coming around to Taylor Swift (don't be hating) because I think she has a distinctive point of view and is true to it. She ain't much of a musician or singer though. I really enjoy bluegrass, like Rhonda Vincent, the Infamous Stringdusters, The Seldom Scene, and the stuff like that, but it has been an acquired taste. I am a sucker for family groups and for vocal harmonies, probably since my wife and I played in a band, and continue singing together now.
