How the Manatees make a living

Sorry that I kind of dropped the ball on the how do we all finance this hobby.  I do computer support for North Carolina Cooperative Extension.  I work of NC State University in Raleigh.  Right now I am working towards an event management solution (held up by federal rules on how Extension can use money and what we can charge for, etc. and by university politics).  Part of this may or may not be email marketing and Customer relationship management (CRM) software.  Oh, and as long as we are working with accounting, how about a storefront?  Oh yeah, and...  While I am waiting for the powers that be, I'm working with getting folks into our web solution which sometimes means moving their old site in by hand.

Kirsten - Veterinary Technician and a Vet Tech Educator
Marcus - E-6 in the USAF and a Crew Chief/Engine Troop on C-130-H3 cargo planes
JoGo - RN, manages cancer research, mainly in radiation, at a large university hospital.
Brie - Associate at small law firm, doing civil litigation, mostly defending property owners from suits by people who slip and fall on tiny patches of ice or non-existent liquids on stairs.
switch - research assistant in a biochemistry lab (job 1) and a grant and paper writer for a congenital heart surgeon (job 2)

I had to send my laptop to Phoenix for... something technical... so today I am attempting to be at least somewhat productive on our "public" computer.

When Salty gets back I need to ask her about a new builing in Santa Fe that looks a LOT like it could be a SBux. *swoon* If so, it is in a SUPER convenient spot for me.

Hopefully it wouldn't increase my usage much but would make it more convenient when I do go.

Depending on the route I take to walk to work, the minimum number of S'Bux I pass is two... and darn if I don't love getting those little stars every day on my app.
