It's supposed to rain here tonight, too.  Doesn't bother me.  I'm kinda looking forward to running in the rain.  Would be a nice change.

Big fat sloppy wet Asian kiss.

I would pay serious money for a really good (but gentle) foot massage right now.

If this doesn't clear up, running is shot for at least the next couple of months if its not arthritis. Running doesn't seem to bother it as much as walking.

If ice works, ice works.

Could also be bursitis. Pretty common in the big toe. Why do you think it's arthritis?

Try kicking a few less during the day. I know, I know, it's more addictive than crack, but you need to rest the foot.

Or maybe try bilateral asskicking?

AHA!

I think I have Morton's toe

Just 'cause you have Morton's toe doesn't mean you have Morton's neuralgia.

But go ahead and buy the footwear; I'm sure it'll work.

Speaking of caffiene drinks - i am now drinking Maté Vana.  It has caffiene - but the way it is released is a little at a time - so it keeps you running all day (it's a tea - if I didn't mention it before).  It is kind of awesome.
