Because of some family issues, I lost myself for the past 6 months. I am just restarting some activity. I am starting cross fit in December (first opening for an intro class through a groupn). Until cross fit, I am going to do swimming, biking, running. Nutrition: primal, paleo with some dairy and occasional wine. Goal: 142, which is 30lbs.
