Hey, rabkadude, I met leafdog on the IM Moo bike loop today. Said he knows ya. yep... jeff lives about 30 minutes from me... he allows me to chase him and his other IM buddies from time to time... I cant seem to catch him though... must his funky helmet or the yellow paint... rofl. |

Pro 4089 Without house | Subject: RE: Spirit of Racine Half Ironman Triathlon I can only go based off what I saw at the HIM last year and how the sprint was run. At the HIM, the only cutoff time there was (there was one, fyi) was for the swim. I can't remember WHAT it was, but I think it was something like 1.5 hrs after the last wave went off. There were no bike cutoffs...I would know, I was the carnival barker telling people where the dismount line was...and I was never told to tell someone they couldn't continue (and I had the hoarse voice and sore legs for days for standing out there for hours). In the sprint, the Clydes went off in their own wave, next to last. The Athena, on the other hand (I was one, so I have 1st hand knowledge) went with the first wave of non-elite females. I'm not sure if it was done that way in the HIM, but it probably was. |

This winter's damage has not been able to be completely repaired, not to mention the fact that the roads were the best to begin with. Some aren't too bad, but some of them will leave you with your teeth vibrating. |

Its the site for computrainers, you can upload various courses (and create courses) for your computrainer. Just got mine, haven't even put it together but there are over 200 free courses for computrainers. |
