I was definately pushing it...my race pace this weekend will be quite a bit slower...I wouldn't be able to keep this up for 13.1 miles...But it did feel good to push it a little harder.  If I was 10 lbs lighter...I could probably do a lot better....and my feet would love me too.

A first time Triathlete.

 

No food no Gu no gatorade is needed for a sprint.  Eat something 2-3 hours before (oatmeal/bagel) and you should be great.

 I am gettin setup for a long night on the trainer. Was planning on a long ride tomorrow but the weather is not looking to nice so we will see how long i can take being on it tonight. Luckily my beloved Dodgers will be kicking some CUbbie butt so the first 3 hours should go by fine.

I will check back later to tell you all how I did. ( Hopefully not til really late)

wracked up another 2 miles of fast paced walking with weight backpack... My kidneys hurt now, wonder if it's regular back pain (due to surgery/injury) or because of the excedrin I have to take???

Hey guys,

Finally getting my head above water after the start of school.  I am SO overcommitted this year, it's crazy.

Anyway, current weight: 235 

That's about a 5 pound gain from the low point this year. Which I'm happy with as I haven't been focusing on diet or exercise very much at all for the last 3 months - cool for me that I've been able to maintain what I lost earlier this year w/out a ton of effort.

Goal for October: 225.

Rock on Skinnies!

Can't do it. Cut the ride short after 1:40 and only 32 miles.  Tomorrow we bundle up and head outside.
