I'm in for 80 miles this month.  Have a 1/2 mary on the 5th then continue on a run focus plan for an April HIM.

Bike commute for me today. 5 mile ride either tomorrow or Sunday.

I'm increasing my goal from 40 to 45 miles.

My goal for the month is 50 miles. 

Me thinks the other teams don't realize that zombies don't need to sleep, therefor we have a huge advantage!

can you give me a lesson on how to add our newest members name to our roster.  Who like to eventually know how to do this myself.  Thanks.

If you go into the HTML you will need to add the following:

JHagerman

all 1 line where you want him added. If you add it to the end of the list right before he will be listed at the end of the list. If you want him in alphabetical you need to add that in the right place in the list.  This can be edited for anyone that  you need to add. after the href= in parentheses is the link to their blog and the name is just changed to whatever you want it to read. Make sense?

Oh that made me laugh, thank you!!  Those cute little guys don't eat anything.  All they do is scratch ya and lick a couple drop of blood (which correct me if I'm wrong here but zombies don't have blood).  And, usually from cows and the like.

I did a 5K this morning!  I'll see how I feel tomorrow before deciding to run or bike!
