dimplespoo - 2008-10-29 8:41 PM I am doing the 5x challenge and the peachy November challenge again. Not doing the run challenge since I am going to incorporate some videos into next month with some new things.  I am traveling two weeks and have access to an elliptical, spin classes and such so I am going to give those a shot and run when I want. I did the run challenge last month and this month and I am getting blah on having to run so much per day. Figure I am going to switch it up a bit and maybe my body will feel like losing some of the last 10 that it is and has been holding on to.

Hey, if you figure out how to lose those last 10 lbs let me know would ya.

Sure thing but don't hold your breath. I have been carrying around these same 10+/- 2 lbs for 2 years now. Dang things... Apparently they like it here. I need to find a no vacancy sign...

Hope to get one more run in tomorrow, just couldn't get motivated to do it today.  No worries I'm at 100%.  Just wanted to say thanks to everyone, thanks for the info and support.  Hope all who are doing challenges next month do well, that is unless your on a team against me.  Not sure if I'll be able to check in tomorrow but will log the run.  Have to finish the families costumes (Scooby Doo gang, hence the new avi) and take the kids out FUN FUN FUN.  So if I don't talk to you all again before this all gets shut down, have fun and stay motivated.

Final run for October tonite - 3.36 miles - gives me 64.81 for October - Woot, Woot!  More than 1/2 again of what my goal was which was 40!

 Looks like everyone will make their goal but two.  Good job ZzzzzzzzZombies!!!!

I got my 50 miles - 100%

I didn't feel like doing anything today - anticipating a rough day and night on shift today.  MSU campus normally keeps us busy with the students' Halloween parties. I took the first half of my lunch to hop on the treadmill for my last 2 miles.

And I reached my goal of 50 miles, this is the most miles I've ever put in a single month!  Thank you all for your support - Go ZzzzzzZombies!!
