I only figured it out last year when I went to Cancun. 

Yeah, somehow I always assumed that Quintana Roo had something to do with Australia.

Hi team.  I decided to opt out of a ride and take my scheduled rest day.

While it would have been nice to get a head start I think my body will thank me later

I think I spaced on the intro since I know most of you.  For those I don't, my name is Neal.  I'm embarking on my second year of tris.  Currently, I'm training for a mid June HIM so this should be a pretty high volume month.

Like others, I am also addicted to the challenge forum.

And I have a tendency to not shut up.
