Good morning / afternoon to some of you.  I got another stage in. I did my planned mid week ride.  I did two hill repeats during the hour.  Good stuff.

I squeezed stage 2 in yesterday, and hope to get #3 done tomorrow.  But I'm tired -- come on, weekend!

Definitely! Is the weather getting any better down there in FL?
Can't wait for the weekend. I have tomorrow off from work but it looks like a big training day! But after that I am going to have a weekend with my sisters (both younger).

I got in Stage 3 last night on the trainer while doing a multitude of things - not the same as you Owl with a little one - i was just cooking dinner and getting laundry in. Can't wait for the end of day today!

It's tough getting workouts done.  Thank goodness I'm managing so far!

I won't be doing another stage until Sunday.  Tomorrow is a swim day and Saturday is Relay For Life.  Great job team!

I don't think the weather will get any better until October.   Every year I say the same thing -- I 've got to quit complaining about it and just deal with it!  But I guess it's more fun to complain...

I am sorry to say that I had the first  crash of our TdF yesterday. I fractured my jaw, have a few stitches some road rash and I am pretty sure I fracrtured some ribs. I did manage to complete about 140 miles of my goal! As much as I would like to think that I could continue the TdF I think I am going to DNF. The good news is that the bike is OK! ACtually I am pretty good too...it could have been a lot worse. I'll let Cat know to take me out. Ride on TEAM!!!

NOOOOO!  I can't believe it. We've lost our Lance Armstrong.  I'm glad that you are fine.  Instead of dropping out may I make a suggestion?  We live and die as a team.   I would ask Cat if she can reduce your goal to what you have accomplished.

As you recover you can be our Seigneur--which is the Sherpa for the tour.   We want you with us!  You are our teammate.

Now you need to focus on world class healing.
