Buttercup 14334 | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses Updated list of Goddesses! (Hopefully, the hyperlinks work.) What do you ladies think about breaking into groups of 4 and picking the person below you to inspire? The person at the bottom of the rows would inspire the person at the top. I don't want to make this a chore but this way we won't all go crazy every morning trying to inspire 35 teammates! BTW, Ladies, thank you for the inspires you've given me so far. I ride my bike on Tuesdays, Friday and Sundays and I generally get online after 10am (and usually not at all on weekends). So wait until I have a chance to log before giving me a shellac'ing! |

Elite Veteran 1817 Cedar Rapids, Iowa | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses I did not go through the whole group to see what everyone's goals are, but what about grouping us by goal as far as inspiration buddies? I would feel kind of silly inspiring someone who's riding 500 miles this month to my measly 250. They could inspire ME, but I wouldn't really do much for them - easy for me to say YOU GO GIRL! when I only have 1/2 the work to do that they do! Just my 2c. |

Expert 997 North Central WV | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses Thanks for the list. There are more of us than we have slots for buddies! Oh well. It is nice to find people with the same goal. I know there are at least 2 of us shooting for 350 miles - anyone else in this ballpark? |

You guys can pull up my spreadsheet and sort by goal, then arrange your groups according to like goals. I also had links to each participant's log already in that spreadsheet. |

Champion 19812 MA | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses Why don't we break up in to teams of 4-5 in a certain mileage range? I see in the 200 mile group.....there are 4 of us thus far. Also...any ideas why I can't open up the file Bear did with all the participants? I have stinky aol if that makes a difference? |

Master 1551 Virginia Beach, VA | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses I guess that would put we sub 100 mile girls in a group together. That would include me, possum, nikki and zagagirl. I'll add nikki and zagagirl to my list, possum is there from the swim challenge. I will be checking up on you. I generally only get to ride Wed and Sun; hence my low mileage bid and probably why biking is my weak event. |

I think I have 2003.Try two things...right click and select open in new window (or just open and it should open in excel) or worse case senario, save it to your disk and go from there. I had this problem sometimes (but not others ) with the run challenge files. |

Extreme Veteran 694 New Haven, CT | Subject: RE: Team Gear Goddesses I have a ? (1st challenge, so I'll probabaly have lots of them). I noticed that there are certain miles that it was agreed would not be counted (indoor ones, I think the gist was). If I already have those in my log, should I switch them over to minutes? I'm in strength phase, and I generally enter mileage only, so that should keep them separated out. |

I'm kind of at the mercy of everyone's honesty here, with so many people in the challenge I can't sort through everyone's daily logs to filter out the trainer miles, so thank you for logging it in a way so it doesn't count to your goal. |
