Masters time with my husband (after goal setting for the challenge, of course!), so Friday will be an off day for me. It seemd to work well not to stress the shoulder too much. Slovegreen, Thanks for the suggestion. The shoulder seems to be feeling fine so far. That gives me me 3900 yds so far. I should be able to reach my goal. |
