Subject: RE: get fit twin cities challenge - week 8 updateI wonder if the Get Fit people looked at the stats and it raised questions on the average minutes of exercise per day. My only grayish area is that I have decided to log my long and fast walks to and fro the bus and work. I purposely walk fast to get in a little exercise and it amounts to almost a half mile each way (I mapped it ). I am not getting on my running shoes and togs, but I am definitely getting in some more fitness than the lollygaggers I speed by. And in heels most days!
I also really appreciate the offer of the tickets. I am usually up for a night out, but I just don't enjoy basketball. I am already downtown also, which is good for me but not so good for someone who needs a ride home (since I take the bus ). If no one else wants to go, and you really want to use the tickets, I would be willing to go for the comraderie but reserve the right to leave at half-time. |
