mr2tony - 2008-07-31 8:23 AM Last night I was talking to this girl and she said `You shouldn't judge me, you don't really know me.' and I said `How about if I cut off your feet and walk a mile in them, would that help me get to know you a little?' And she got all freaked out and stuff. And so I said `I'm just trying to get to know you! Sheesh!' I really can't stand when people get all `PC' on me.

So, was this whole line of conversation contrived last night or off the cuff?

Yes.

You people, like Scout, have no sense of humor. I remember back in the day when Scout had a sense of humor and I mentioned him on TV. We all guffawed and chuckled and such. Good times. Good times.

Most of you guys weren't around back then. They all dared me to say `Scout Break' during a TV hit. So I did. It was funny. Angels sang and demons danced. It was good times.

I still have a sense of humor.  I just fail to see humor in debates over how to spell food names, or reading about relationships.

Talk about something entertaining, like Ryan's story about fishing with dynamite, or the padre's attempt at political humor, I'm there.

Oh, I have TONS of explosives stories.

When I was 14 or 15 some friends and I were trying to pass the time in the summer... so we decided to build something. We took apart a bike pump, cleaned the inside well,  and sealed it with silicone. We drilled a hole in the bottom big enough for some cannon fuse, Then we put about an inch of black powder in the bottom. We wrapped a D battery in electrical tape, and put some vaseline on it so it fit super tightly... but slid smoothly. We put tent stakes through the 'legs' of the pump to hold it in place.

We lit that thing, not sure what to expect. Hollllly crap. It worked perfectly. That battery shot out of there like a rocket. Out of sight instantly. We kinda laughed for a second, then looked at each other, and sprinted into his garage.

We never did figure out where that battery got to. If it would have hit something, it would have done serious damage. We figure it landed in the cornfield by his house.

Nah....WAAAAAAAYYYYY too easy bait in there...
