For soem reason I set up in the windup instead of the stretch with guys on first and third. Not sure what I was thinking, but realized it and tried to snap throw to home but at the last second tried to pivot off my left and throw out the guy at second -- yeah, that's a balk. Award second and home to the runners. Frick. But I DID have four strikeouts in two innings, one hit, two wild pitches, the balk and one run. Just call me Ebby Calvin `Nuke' LaLouche. |

ALSO, trying to get ahead in my workouts so I can relax a little on the trip, maybe just run an hour a day or frolic in the ocean and get a REAL OWS in...
