Back from my business trip.  48 hours, 14 of them in the air or airport.  Damn.  I'm exhausted  (it could have something to do with the red-eye ).  I did not follow any of your excellent eating strategies - my lara bars stayed in my suitcase.     
 
And I haven't moved a muscle since my 1/2 mary last weekend.     
 
Hello, Wagon?  I need to get back on thee.  Starting tomorrow.  Because I'm too flipping tired today and we're going out for beer & wings with the soccer fams...it's a tourney weekend for my elder daughter.  Can't pass up beer and wings.  Well, I should, but I'm too tired to. 
  
BUT:  
Tomorrow - I will track my eating.  I will eat clean.  I will do something physical.  
This coming week - I will get on a training plan for my 1/2 mary in February.  
Next Friday - I will probably weigh an unholy amount.    |
