Enquiring minds want to know.... (1 hr bike / 30 min run / 1hr bike / 30 min run) Well, if a "session" can be as little as 15 minutes, then to me this sounds like 4 bike sessions/2 run sessions/4 bike sessions/2 run sessions... just stop for 1 second in between each "15 minute session"... thus, you've just completed 12 sessions... Good work, Andy! Actually, the "15 min = 1 session" rule is Cat's, not mine. For my challenges, it's however you choose to define a "session." I'm flexible like that. LOL |

So, it's up to you. So is a double brick one workout, two workouts or four workouts? Enquiring minds want to know.... (1 hr bike / 30 min run / 1hr bike / 30 min run) I define it as 2 run sessions and 2 bike sessions ETA: I don't think I am looking forward to that sort of pain though... Personally, I'd define it that way, too. That's a lot of biking/running. |

354 | Subject: RE: Tased and Confused (Team 1) - January Challenge Sorry team, officially on the injured list. NO swimming or running until Monday. I can bike and will complete that if I am able. I was planning to run 7 miles today...grrrr! Had a biopsy done this afternoon after a repeat mammogram this morning. Will know results tomorrow. My first question was, "Can I run, can I swim(I have my stroke class on Sat)" Very sore today, but got some nice medication that finally hit the pain! God is in control, appreciate your prayers! I got in a 10 mi ride/2 mi run brick this morning. I'm off to the gym for a swim at lunch today. I haven't updated the spreadsheet in a few days, but I think I'm over 100% already. My goal now is to hit my "original" goal of 20 sessions for the month (that was my goal before losing a week to jury duty). Everyone's kickin @$$ on this challenge. 2 more days to go... |
