You guys rock!!

I've dinged twice, used my mulligan and have been hovering between 131-132, so I'm out of the running.  However, I am enjoying my newest abs pic!!

Abbie,

If that's what is called out of the running, I think everyone would sign up. Cool You are looking great!

I'm still around and on the no sugar bandwagon.  Weight loss is another issue.  I've actually gained weight in the past few weeks, but not because of eating.

I even made cookies for a meeting yesterday and didn't eat any of them.  I'm pretty proud of that.  I sent the leftovers with my husband to work today so that they are out of the house and not tempting me anymore.

Impressive!

It shows your in control of what you want to eat.

I'm out.

Between travel and lack of internet access I've probably accumulated 50+ dings that I never got a chance to log.

So...count me out....I suck.

I took my mulligan today...chocolate molten lava cake! We use a receipe that has 585 calories so I found one less than 300 calories on line and Kevin made lower fat/calorie version while I did my 2 hour trainer ride today..yum yum..but now my stomach is upset.

Next two weeks are time to take no prisoners and kick butt!

You are an absolute Saint.  To be able to hold on to your mulligan this long just blows my mind   I'm changing your name to Saint Kathy

I hit the 20 lb mark of weight loss since the start of the contest. And am down 30 lbs, since 12-16-08. I am so glad we did this it really helped me a lot.

Dude, if you don't win ... you get the Honorary Biggest Life Change Award.  That is absolutely, downright amazing that you've lost so much weight.  God Bless You and I hope you stay on that path.

Okay people, I love the positivity in this thread!! I am officially, for (I think) the Tenth Time now, back on the "No Sugar Bandwagon".  Yes, I know I started this competition, and I'm probably one of the worst offenders ... but that's exactly why I started it.  For me, I have to fail many times before I succeed.  And I'm okay with that.  And I'm back on the wagon today -- and that's all that matters.  The only thing I have power over is today, the present.  So I am not going to beat myself up over what I ate this weekend.  I am going to move on and try to stay strong and "Sugar Free" for these remaining two weeks!

I am so glad, so humbled that I was able to help motivate everyone in this thread by starting this Challenge.  Sure, winning the Gift Certificate would be nice, but we are all winners and have planted the seeds of living a healthier, happier life ; and just as importantly, may we all be faster this year!!

CONGRATS TO EVERYONE.  And regardless if we are in the running or not for the prize, let's finish out these last two weeks strong~~!!

Go Dream Chaser. I am with you. After doing so well (relatively speaking) all this time, I went on an almost 3 day binge last week. It started with a chocolate mocha muffin top that I ordered at a breakfast on Wed of last week and then it was "on." By Friday I was sick of all the crap that I had eaten, so I am back on track.

Kathy, You amaze me. I need that willpower!

Abbie, great abs!

All of you who participated in this challenge have my respect and admiration!  I saw the challenge too late to join in, but I think perhaps that was a good thing as I personally wasn't ready for it just then.  I followed all your posts for the first couple of weeks or so, then got too busy to keep up.  I just checked in a couple of days ago and see that there's interest in starting another challenge, so with Dream Chaser's blessing, I am going to start a new challenge.  It will follow pretty much the same format, and the spreadsheet will look virtually identical.  I still have to work out some details....I will be putting up a reward, not sure exactly what that will be, though I am working on different ideas.

If anybody has any other suggestions or recommendations, please share!

Again, congratulations everybody!!!

I don't think I will do the new challenge.  I am going back to Diet Coke, that's for sure and while I want to keep my sugar and sugar substitutes down to a minimum, I want to have more than none.  I think I am going to a plan of "none in the daytime, unless it is for a family birthday party or similar event."  I will try that for a while and see how it goes.  I do notice a decrease in appetite with the absence of processed sugar and sugar substitutes and I am kind of afraid of going back to my evil ways.

Wow ... I can't believe that I made it this long without sugar. 11 more days to go!! I'm so impressed with everyone. I'm not sure about the next challenge ... I'll have to think about it. I intend continue to limit my sugar. I feel better without it and seem to respond better to training nutrition when I limit my daily sugar intake.
