Hot head, huh?  Interesting.

I have a happy tummy.

I got a pre marinated flank steak from Trader Joe's (carne asada) and diced it to 1/4" dice, cooked it up and added 2 cans of black beans and cooked anouterh 10 min...  Served over basmati rice.  nom nom nom.  It was better today for lunch than yesterday and I still have one more serving for tomorrow.  Exicted just thinking about lunch tomorrow.

Kido - 2012-10-09 3:01 PM My new office location is right next door to a supercuts...  Nice!  Going to get my hair did at lunch.  I think I will go super short - much to my wife's shagrin...  But I have another week for it to grow back before she sees it.  Phew.

I shave my head every few days and one of these days when it's "long" I'm going into one of those types of haircut places and see what they will do. I'm guessing they don't do straight razor cuts, but I doubt I'd trust them even if they did.

I'm thinking of shaving my head too.

My head is so hot all the time. Shaving would cool it down ever so much. I could write "yay you" on the top and cheer everyone on! Of course nobody would see it on the top of my head ...

I double dog dare you! on a side note, what camera do you use?

I use a very simple and cheap Nikon D60.

Will you photograph Monica and I in Tempe?

I was going to take video and sell it on the interwebz.

So, at superclibs, the girl cut my hair to finger length...

What do ya'll think about wearing a finisher's medal in public, after a race?
I saw more than once Chicago marathon medal in O'Hare airport yesterday.

I personally thought it was a little too much "look at me" but my parents thought it was cute. My excruciatingly slow walk of shame victory through the terminal was enough to let anyone with any run knowledge know I'd ran the marathon

No medal, plz...  Screams look at me...  blech.

Just wear the finishing shirt or get a hat.  But no medal.

talking about skeered... I was working on my pool and almost stuck my hand in several different places before looking and finding not 1, not 2,  but THREE black widow spiders.  They were all in waiting for me.

Why not wear it. Be proud and loud so they will look at you! Nothing wrong with that!

You changed my mind.  I'm going home and getting all my medals out from the last 5 years and wearing them all at once.  I think the "MR T" look is coming back.  If not, I'll start it.

I probably would have worn it home from the race, but not after that.  

On a side note... did you SEE the medals that they're giving out for the Disney races this year???  Now THAT is a piece of hardware!
