I hit 100% on strength and running. Sorry again. I hope my goals can still be lowered. It's covered - we need to be flexible - because 'life happens'! Hope everyone gets to feeling better soon! |

Master 3479 Utah | Subject: RE: Team Lively Lava Hit the stationary bike for 70 minutes today. Barring any school issues with my son, I should be able to pull off the other hour of biking, and the two hours of swim in the next 2 days. It sounds crazy, and it is, but I've had to lower my goals both of the other months I did challenges, and I'm determined not to drop them this month. Others have more reason than I do, and not everyone who could lower their goals is. I figure if they can do it, so can I!!! Go Lavidians! |

Extreme Veteran 597 New Joisy | Subject: RE: Team Lively Lava I am back on my feet. Feeling better, a little weak a little dehydrated, but on my feet. I put the bike at 110% today, and I am planning a swim/bike brick tomorrow to put the swim up to 110%. I need time on the bike so I will probably throw only the 800 yards in the pool to put me at 110%. Hope everyone is training hard these last few days! |

Well done Beth! Even with your crazy schedule you got it done. Hey I checked the calendar and found that the weekend of May 10/11 doesn't work for me. It is Mother's day weekend. I promised my daughter a trail ride on Mother's day. On saturday I have time scheduled with my equestrian coach. BUT....... are you around on May 18? Here is a perfect one. Hair of the Dog 5K ~ It is a run to the vineyards of Silver Decoy Winery for kegs and wine tasting! Right up our alley. It raises money for canine rescue funds. It is in East Windsor, NJ. I don't know exactly where you are but that shouldn't be far from you. If you are around let's do it. |

Yup, back in the pool this morning. First time in 2 weeks, first swim in 10 days since my triathlon. I'd say I lost some endurance. Still, I managed to hang in there for 2250m and just pass my goal. |

I put 800 yards in the pool this morning, to put me up to 110% on the three disciplines. Then I spent some time on the bike. C'mon Lava finish up those yards! |
