The New Zealand piglet who adopted us just wrote and sent pics of Khan (his giant, and I mean biggest I've ever seen Rottweiler--doesn't show up in the photo but the personality does) and Khan's pet bunnies. Yes, the bunnies are Khan's pets, not his. They sleep with him and he herds them around the yard! I posted pics of the boy (not the dog) in an earlier thread, very yummy. I miss him, and Taupo. I seem to write that in my journal nearly every day. Ian (the piglet) calls the rabbits "spoilt rats" and buys them fresh coleslaw to eat from the store! I was just glad that he got taken off the road somewhere safe and I petted him while he passed. That was very kind of you to get that poor baby out of the road. I too wish people wouldn't let their cats out - it's why mine are inside. |
