After yesterday's stage I'm actually over my goal miles, with 3 stages left. Should be smooth sailing to the Champs for me! Keep up the great work team!

Stage Wherever They Are in books...90 minute trainer ride.  Gonna brave the heat tomorrow and Thursday.  About 100 here all week.

Ah, crud, how does time slip away like it does?  Looks like I technically need to ride almost every day to meet my day goal, sigh.  Dummy!

You Can Do IT

Lot's of people on target to get to Paris come Sunday, keep it up, let's get there with the whole team -

As for the tour this year, Looks like the Omega Pharma team is doing a lot better overall then our Garmin Boys - (Dan M's victory not withstanding)

Let's make Sunday a victory Lap for everyone!!!

Let's see...

Wed 25 min easy ride with my daughter
Thurs just over an hour
Fri just under an hour cycle class at the gym

I'm on target for stages and probably about 35 min behind my goal time.  Probably not going to be able to make up the time tomorrow and Sunday schedule-wise, but should be darn close.

After last night's easy spin I have one more stage to go, and am just shy of my (increased) goal of 300 miles. Planned ride tomorrow morning should knock that out! I see some others are very close to Paris as well, finish strong team!

Rode into Paris this morning (with a few victory laps for good measure) to join teammate RZO. 10 stages and 322 miles for me. Really glad I signed up last minute, as always a fun challenge (even if I wasn't as active on the boards this year) and it definitely helped get me out there for my peripheral rides while preparing for IMLP.

should double up the stages around a run this afternoon to finish up both time and stages. Been another different type of tour. should end up with about 375 and another 20 or so commuting over the course of the last 3 weeks. Running suffered a little ( I kept blowing off my long runs the last couple of weeks). But hopefully I have re-vamped my foundation and can use this for targeting a couple of Sept races!!!

Good "riding" with you all!!

Finished up my ride into Paris with a 1:15 easy ride and then a brick run in the heat.  My legs are TOAST.

I think I missed my goal by like 10-15 minutes but for 21 hours...that's within the margin of error, right??  Cool

Missed my mileage by a whopping 5.5 miles... Blew a my last tire tube when I set out for the ride, so I tried to go to a gym instead to finish on a stationary bike (don't own a trainer yet). My normal two gyms were already closed (5pm on Sunday, so no big surprise there), but I found one nearby with a half hour left open. Knew I wouldn't finish, but I figured I could get pretty close! (They had to kick me off the bike to close the place. Can't believe I was THAT guy!!) Guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Really enjoyed this challenge! Good job team!
