Oh, I forgot - am I supposed to talk about how much progress I'm making towards my goals here? Sorry... I think I might ride a little on the stationary today or maybe a swimmy swimmy...I'm racing tomorrow but I hate sitting still. |

The Preds limped in on a wing (no pun) and a prayer with Vancouver loosing. They'll do the typical "One and done" in the playoffs. Congrats to your 'Wings, they deserve it. Good luck on your race tomorrow! |

Go to docs.google.com and log in as '[email protected]' and password 'challengeforum'. If you want to share it with yourself, go to the 'share' tab once you are in the spreadsheet and enter your email address. |

Extreme Veteran 1074 | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms irongirl39 - 2008-04-04 12:23 PM how do you access the spread sheet without read only? THat happened to me yesterday, as I was logged in to my personal gmail account at the time I tried to access it. I could read only. I logged off then logged back in with the Btchallenge username and password (see above in thread) and voila. I think only the btchallenge@gmail or whatever it is can access it with full rights. I may be wrong, but logging off and back in worked for me. |

Champion 19812 MA | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms I have bike race skill clinic tomorrow for 3 hours in the rain when it is 45..should be a blast! Then swim and Sunday in my 2nd 1/2 Mary ever. It is a train through race so I'll be a bit fatigued but see the hills, fatigue all good IM training. I still need to update my goals but haven't yet gotten my next 4 weeks training plan from my coach. Have a super training weekend everyone! |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms xterratri - 2008-04-03 8:10 PM Got in 2 hours of riding today- first 1.5 with my sister and and then an additional 30 min on my own. Rather different paces But the impt thing is she is getting out riding(she got a new Kuota K Factor about a month ago) and she is planning some races this year. Today we talked about doing Keuka Lake International Distance, the Northeast Regional Championship and then she'll do the Musselman Half IM in July. I'll be in Hawai'i by then so I can't jockstrap her We did simplefit today too- think it's time to move up a level but not until after the Martian Half Marathon this weekend which will help my rather meager run miles so far. I might actually swim tomorrow but will definitely get better about it next week. My last day of clinical is tomorrow so will have lots of time for training- yeah. Great training Amazing Atoms! Keuka has a championship this year? I thought Cayuga had it. I did Cayuga's sprint last year--my first OWS, second ever tri. The lake scared the snot out of me but once I got out of the water it was okay--even the effin 7% incline hill oright out of T1 on the bike! |

Extreme Veteran 466 | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms Keuka Lake is the Northeast Regional International Distance Championship, Cayuga Lake is the Sprint National Championship. Keuka Lake is no flatter than Cayuga Lake for the bike but I've been doing races in that region for as long as I've been doing triathlon. Rode tonight watching Torchwood. If you're a sci fi geek, the two episodes I've seen so far were rather good. Hoping to get a short run in tomorrow evening to stretch the legs out after driving to Michigan and then the Martian Half Marathon on Sunday. Yes, we're doing it for the shirt Happy training fellow Amazing Atoms! |
