Looks like there are 3 or 4 folks who have a shot at Sub-3.

Heartbreak hill at Mile 21 is the one thing that stands in the way today.

Go Bryan, Paul, William and Mike

Julia's pace is getting faster too.   It must take a while for the wave to thin out?

I have no doubt that the Welsly girls will revive Bryan.  Don't get me wrong, he is flying...but you know.

2:05.49 through 30K.  Still under 3 hr pace for Bryan.

Looks like Heartbreak hill took a bite out of my friend John's Pace just a bit.

He hit the 35k mark at 2:13:55.

Good news is he is a great downhill runner and has a fast finish so Sub-2:40 is still possible. (He is currently projected for a 2:41)

No Hearbreak for Corina:

She hit the 35k at 2:26:25 and she is will into her final kick. (She is speeding up)

Projected Finish 2:56 well ahead of her Sub-3 goal. (Maybe she is trying for 2:55)

yeah, about there. You will see the effects of HB hill in the 35k Split times (If I remember correctly).

After that, the downhill runners are gonna really crank out a strong finish
