Is the teams percentage going to be based off (total team miles/total team goal) or an average of each team members percent to goal? 2. Are you capping how far any one person can go over their goal (i.e. 110%) ? Also, you can put my goal down as 50 miles. Thanks |

The one posted is just a pic from the cover of their latest newsletter. It looks like a zombie or something. Might be better than the official mascot if you can find one. * Apologies to the Nads - I posted the wrong mascot to begin with. But do you really want me to post their actual mascot? Our thread might get pulled. * One team captain selected (Artemis for the Chanticleers). Other teams let me know who you select. * HOW TO WIN - The total teams percentage of actual miles to their goal will be the measure. So once you're at 100%, you're done. Miles ran over the goal will be used for tie breakers if there are any. This puts great pressure on slackers (as a past slacker....I speak from experience). * I'll accept goal changes up till next Friday (8/29). * Thanks to everyone who are making the Team Rosters!
