Would it just be number of days we worked out this month?crews - 2008-12-01 10:40 AM Do we have a spreadsheet for this month? I know, I'm a nerd Hey miss nerdy peach! No spreadsheet yet, but I'm guessing we can update last month with new names? Do you know about google spreadsheets?
It is the number of days and minutes trained. I will look at the November one tonight and see if I can cahnge it to Dec. I did not set up the spreadsheet last month, so be patient I can do up a spreadsheet tomorrow if you want... I'm pretty handy with them. Great! I have no idea how to start a new spreadsheet. Or change the title of the November challenge. eta: Got my peach in with an evening swim Edited by skarl 2008-12-01 11:20 PM |

My Dad went to the hospital today with a fast heart rate and I spent most of the day into the evening there. Had a new strength routine I was supposed to start tonite but since I didn't have time I still got in 10 mins of abs and pushups. Send good luck my Dad's way tomorrow as they are going to shock his heart back into normal rythm. Hopefully will be as nothing a procedure as they claim! Sending positive vibes his way -- keep us posted on his progress. |

I was able to get the names on the sheet and renamed it on the bottom. I can't fix the column headers and of course I messed the formulas up somehow! Here is the link and password, anything you can do on this? Expert 1773 San Gabriel Valley, California | Subject: RE: Peachy December Challenge!!!! Hello people - I am really glad I found this site. I have two peaches. I went for a run yesterday morning and then took my poor chubby hubby out for a walk last evening (he gets NO exercise unless I take him out walking - slowly - not even sure it counts as exercise, although we did go almost two and a half miles). This morning I got in my swim. I am wondering if my two-fer yesterday will carry me over some day when I might not get in some exercise? Hmmm. OK. I didn't really think so. I found the spreadsheet and entered my data. It makes me look like an exercise fanatic to see 156 minutes of exercise over two days, but almost an hour of that is my evening walk last night. |

Veteran 182 Hillsboro, OR | Subject: RE: Peachy December Challenge!!!! Got peach number 2 today with a 45 min walk with Bella. Bella recently had 11 puppies and she needs the exercise too!! The puppies are weaned and it is time to start on her training. She is a rescue dog from the shelter that we are fostering. She is not housebroken and does not respond to any commands, so I have been working on both with her. Today was her first lesson on learning to walk on a leash. Below is a picture of Bella the day she came to us from the shelter. She has since gained some weight and looks better. Edited by swgraham 2008-12-02 9:50 PM |
