McFuzz - 2009-02-11 8:51 AM Old school (read cheap) for me.  199X Klein Aeolus.  I did pick up a pair of Bontrager Select wheels so I can upgrade to an 8-speed cassette.
Your seat is too high...no really

I had a proper bike fitting after that picture was taken, so it's all fixed now

You can't tell from here, but that saddle is super super thin.  It's very ... um, ergonomic

I can't figure out whether I should put a bullet through my skull looking at that (as a fitter in the past) or laugh my azz off (as a roadie snob).

I'm assuming it's a joke.

The funny part is that the whole point of the Adamo saddle is to alleviate pressure from the perenium without sacrificing proper fit and angles.

All those fancy tri bikes and I have to go and add my dirty bike.  My A race this year is an X-Terra tri in Lincoln, NE, if all goes well, so I'll be riding my mountain bike a lot.

Is that front ring eliptical?  What's up with that?  My late 80sFuji mountainbike had eliptical Shimano rings up front but I haven't seen anything like that since, not that I know a heck of a lot about bikes.  Is it a tri-specific design?

You had Biopace ..... the ones on Aaron's bike are Q-Rings .... they are supposedly actually designed to work with the power of your stroke to maximize the output.  Biopace was the same principle, but poorly designed and applied.
