My marathon went really well! I had tons of fun and still haven't stopped smiling, even though I'm in pain now

It's the good, your muscles worked hard and are getting stronger pain, but doesn't make it easy to walk down stairs or sit on the pot

I am back. Thanks for updating the table and that we have spreadsheets and everything now!

Race was fun. Hoped for a better time, but I am still happy to have made the 10K under an hour.

I also got some biking in... Hopefully I will get out today and finally try out the new bike.

I'm stuck at work. So I'm busy trying to avoid a very boring project. BT is always a good answer.

I am about to head out for a ride with the new bike. Finally, took me long enough. BF and I will get out, so I can test out the bike a little before we join a group ride with the Y... That's new, the YMCA is organizing weekly group rides... We'll see what the turnout is... Last week nobody showed up.

i'm here.
just i'm working long shifts last few days, like 7 am til 7pm, and its wasting my training time, however its helping weight loss as its quite hard working in a resturant constantly moving around serving customers and cooking stuff so not been too bad.

Hoping to make good use of the fab weather and get out for a run. We have a "wildlife habitat" across the road from the plant site that has some trails. Should be a nice change from pounding it out on the pavement.

And for my workouts... Got a swim in this morning.... which is not challenge relevant. When my Garmin has been charged, I will get out for another bike ride which I can count against my challenge goal. The weather is just nice right now and you never know how long that is going to stay around. Tonight I am planning on my regular Salsa dancing night...
