Just gorgeous out- took my bike for a quick spin around the neighborhood between work and errands.We finally got that beautiful weather I've been wishing for! 65*, sunny, barely a cloud in the sky. I got in a nice outdoor ride this morning and plan on adding a few more run miles towards my goal. I'm thinking it's the perfect day to head back to the wildlife habitat for some trail running. After all the rain we've had, I may even get to do some puddle stomping! |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: Masters of the Universe Great job Masters. I will be doing my last PT session for the challenge tomorrow. And the good news is it has helped. Took my first short run this past weekend and no ITB issues. Now I just need to continue (running & PT) that is! |

I also swapped a 12 mile run for a 5K race. Dont regret that one because I got a new PR. However, 89% still not bad for the month. Thanks for the fun! |
